The DAKAR carcass uses extra ply layers in the construction, resulting in a much stiffer sidewall than standard E-07 tires.

  • Chevron block style tread pattern, with great long lasting, deep tread design
  • Pliable knobs that resist mudpack and displace water in wet and ugly road conditions
  • Long lasting and withstands sharp shale and gravel roads
  • NOTE: These Dakar tires are very stiff and if used on lighter bikes under light off road applications, you may find need to deflate tire pressures more than expected to allow for tire flexibility depending on terrain

The E-07 DAKAR front tire has the same pattern and rubber as the E-07 Dual Sport, except the DAKAR (yellow stripe) is a special version with extra Ply layers in the carcass. Stiffer tire with greater puncture resistance, however same long lasting rubber as the E-07 Dual Sport.
