Free shipping does not include air or express options and does not include insurance. MX1 Canada is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

Yukon (YT), Northwest Territories (NT), Nunavut (NU), Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) are excluded from our free shipping policy.

Orders shipped to Outlying/Remote Areas  - these areas are defined by the couriers and are based upon postal codes. If the shipping address that you provide falls in this category, and your order includes oversize/bulk/heavy items(s) as determined by the cubed weight of the order, we will contact you with the amount of the surcharge prior to shipping. Please note that this surcharge is in addition to the base shipping amount that MX1 Canada pays. If you don't respond within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Oversize/bulk/heavy items will incur a special handling fee which is determined by the courier. Items include (but are not limited to) tires, motorcycle seats, bike stands, ramps, oil & lubricants. We will contact you to confirm whether you’d like to pay the additional fee or cancel your order. If you don't respond within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
We use a variety of couriers (Canada Post, Canpar and Purolator) and reserve the right to choose the courier based on a number of factors, including shipment size and weight, shipping distance, as well as available service within your area.
Orders are shipped from our New Westminister, BC warehouse Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. You will receive an email with the courier tracking details when your order ships. If you did not receive an email confirmation when the order was placed you will not receive the shipping confirmation email so it is important to check your junk/spam folder and make sure you are able to receive our emails.
